Apple crumble breakfast smoothie

Warm Sautéed Apple:

  • 1 small apple (around 1.5 cup chopped)⁠
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon⁠

Apple Crumble Smoothie (serves 2)⁠

  • 1 small apple, chopped⁠
  • 1 1/4 cups almond milk⁠
  • 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder⁠
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon⁠
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract⁠
  • 1 pitted medjool date⁠
  • 2 tbsp ground flax⁠
  • 1 tsp Beans & Greens

Served with granola or muesli of choice, fresh blueberries, freeze-dried raspberries and the warmed sautéed apples ⁠

Method

  1. Place 1 apple, water and cinnamon into a small pot and cook over a low heat for 5 minutes until softened.⁠
  2. Blend together Apple Crumble Smoothie ingredients, including the Beans and Greens
  3. Top the smoothie with the fresh fruits, warmed apples and muesli of choice.⁠
