Super Greens Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh banana ⁣⁠
  • 1 frozen banana ⁣
  • 1 handful of frozen kale (or spinach for an alternative) ⁣⁠
  • 1 TSP Rochway Beans and Greens powder ⁣⁠
  • 1/2 TSP maca powder ⁣⁠
  • 1 TSP chia seeds ⁣⁠

Method

  1. Put everything into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve in your favourite jar with a metal straw.
  3. Enjoy!
